 This service will create an affirmation track for you.

Steps:

1. Choose your options above.
2. Once you check out, you will receive the instructions to send over the recording file.
   
3. You will be given a choice of music and theta/alpha/beta frequencies to choose from.
   
4. You will be sent the final version in mp3 in the specified timeline (please check below)

Subliminal Version: Your affirmations are softly woven beneath the music and ambient sounds — such as rain, water, or a gentle fireplace — inaudible to most people, yet deeply received by your subconscious mind as you rest, sleep, or go about your day.
If you choose this option, you’ll receive the subliminal version only (without the audible voice).

Please note:

This is for personal use only. You agree not to sell or distribute the track.

You don't need a fancy equipment. You can use your phone's memo app, but please do the recording without noisy background. (We will help remove normal background static.)
