Ernest Holmes Science of Mind | Sleep Affirmations 432Hz

Rest in the One Power: Ernest Holmes' Science of Mind for Sleep

There's a certain relief in the idea that you don't have to force your good into existence — that it's already here, waiting to move through you. That's the heart of Ernest Holmes' Science of Mind teaching, and it's the foundation for this 8-hour sleep affirmation loop.

Who Was Ernest Holmes?

Ernest Holmes (1887–1960) founded the Religious Science movement and wrote The Science of Mind, first published in 1926. Holmes taught that there is One Power and Intelligence underlying all of life, and that our thought and word carry the ability to shape our experience of that Power. His language — Divine Intelligence, Perfect Life, the All Good — sits alongside the teachings of Joseph Murphy and Florence Scovel Shinn in the New Thought tradition, and his influence quietly shaped much of what came after him.

What's in This Recording

This affirmation loop moves through five themes drawn directly from Holmes' own writing and meditations:

  • Oneness & Companionship — resting in the presence that never leaves you
  • Wholeness & Perfection — reclaiming your natural, undamaged state
  • Guidance & Divine Order — trusting Intelligence to direct your affairs
  • Prosperity & Supply — receiving your good as already complete
  • Peace, Poise & Power — settling into stillness for the night

The loop is short by design — five to six minutes — so it can repeat gently through the night without ever demanding your attention.

About the 432Hz Tuning

This recording is tuned to 432Hz, a frequency some listeners find gentler and more grounding for sleep and rest than the standard 440Hz tuning. Paired with slow, whispered pacing, it's designed to ease the nervous system down rather than stimulate it.

How to Use This Audio

Play it as you fall asleep and let it loop through the night — there's no need to listen actively. It also works well as quiet background support during meditation, journaling, or any time you want a steady undercurrent of calm. Headphones aren't required, but they do deepen the experience.

Who This Is For

If you're drawn to Joseph Murphy, Florence Scovel Shinn, or Neville Goddard, Ernest Holmes will feel like familiar ground with its own distinct voice. It's also a gentle entry point if you're new to New Thought teachings and want something rooted in a specific historical text rather than a general affirmation format.
